Our founders are technologists who have worked in law for the last thirty years. We have been building advanced software leveraging AI models to tackle the myriad of issues that come in the legal world, from building the worlds largest and most sophisticated private patent database for a Fortune 5 company, to developing AI solutions to streamline document review in an AmLaw 50 firm.
In developing CampFire, we concentrated heavily on user experience, hiring UX experts onto our team and working with lawyers directly in the Deal space.

Jay Brudz - Chief Executive Officer
In 30 years of legal tech experience, Jay Brudz has worked as a senior lawyer at a Fortune 5 company, a partner at an AmLaw50 firm, and run SaaS companies in the legal field. Now Jay and his team of expert lawyers and programmers have created CampFire, culminating Jay's rare blend of experiences with a revolutionary vision for the future of contract law.
Chris Graves - Chief Operating Officer
Chris has been a technology leader for 25 years, leading software and data science teams. He has experience as a software program manager, a director in a Fortune 5 company, and most recently a CEO of a Legal Technology and Data Science company. Chris also is a retired Reserve Marine Colonel with extensive experience leading large organizations in difficult circumstances.
