Generative tools write new text, which is why they can hallucinate. CampFire's models are extractive: they locate clauses and return them word for word from your document, and every result links back to its source.
What happens when the model gets something wrong?
Every annotation is shown in context, so a reviewer can verify it quickly. Anything incorrect can be hidden from your results and exports in one click.
What is the difference between a file and a document?
A file is what you upload to CampFire. Files can contain a single document or many documents. When a file is uploaded, documents are automatically extracted from it and organized in the Work tab.
How are capacity and usage measured?
Capacity and usage are measured as the high-water mark of your usage during your billing period. Data is measured as the total amount of data as it sits in storage. This means that if you upload compressed files, the size of the original file as well as the size of cached unzipped copies of constituent files all count against your storage limit.
Can I be a member of multiple organizations in CampFire?
Yes. As long as an organization has the capacity to add another member, you will be able to join. You can join or own unlimited organizations.
